Our Black truffle Food Crayon is made of fresh black truffle sourced from South of France. It contains no artificial flavors, 100% natural, vegan and gluten free. Fresh pasta, creamy risotto, scrambled eggs, grilled meats or aged cheeses, add a touch of luxury with just a few shavings to finish your plates. Ingredients : Water, balsamic vinegar, porcini, natural aroma of black truffle, agar agar, salt, gluten free tamari, black truffle, carob gum, Contains : Soy How it works : Sharpen some shavings on your plates, over your desserts or drinks as you serve. How many shavings : 5 to 10 shavings per plates. 1 or 2 shavings per bite size serving or on a drink. Shelf life and preservation : Food crayon lasts up to 12 months. Once open, keep them in their tube in the fridge. The refill Food Crayon does not include a sharpener. Sharpeners are included in each set (of 1, 2, 3, or 6).
